Does anyone know if the report is available in some readable format? I see some sort of blink inhibitor notice in the report, but i can't make out much else.

Is the flash animation not playing for you?

[Edit] I don't think anyone has transcribed it yet. Would be nice, for sure, though it might take someone a bit of time. :)

[Further Edit] BTW Nice embed RangerSergeant!

Here's his autopsy report, or at least all i can grab from it. at the end Ng says something about remarkable strength, but i couldn't hear it well, and it's not written down.
[Reveal] Spoiler: Dr. Ng's Autopsy Report
Log entry 405.
Blunt autopsy of stimulant specimen. Initial epidermal scan has revealed a uprising number of modification ones that have excited my scientific interest.
Starting with examination of the eyes. the iridescent properties of the iris suggest obvious genetic manipulation and enhancement the left eye has been injected with a blink inhibitor to assure that the stimulant's eye remains open during examination. hmm both occipital units posses a man made quilt of light sensitive fibers, which explains their deep blue, metallic shimmer. And exquisitely advanced system. the rial fibers have an amplified gain. most likely to outfit the Stimulant with expanded vision in low light situations. Would be able to see in the dark. Impressive.

Wait a second, what have we here? incredible, a secondary layer literally behind the eyeball. synthetic webbing, gold mesh, it's connected to the chiasmatic nexus, which normally links the eye to the brain but here it has be bypasses into a nano array that includes some sort of satellite uplink booster. I've considered similar methods for visual transmission. frustrating, they beat me to it. Probably governmental With no budgetary constraints, I would have obviously made the same breakthrough.

Commencing the primary Y-incision of the chest cavity. Internal organs appear normal upon initial survey, but there are several startling technical modifications present. most notable unusual fibers leading under the heart itself. Searching the the pericardia coelum. Ok, Fibers are connected to a transponder like device, but the device looks like it's been rigged to a detonator. This Stimulant was on a very short leash. I can only hypothesize it's a kill switch. If the stimulant gets out of hand, whoever made these modifications can blow it up, killing it instantly.

Interesting. looks like the Sims used and electric burst to disable both the transponder and the kill switch. most likely and electromagnetic pulse. dangerous but effective.

Now what I've been most excited to see, the oxygenated fluorocarbon bladder, behind the liver. The well-spring of its remarkable strength, located where the spleen would be. Nanotubes are no doubt matrixed through the body to support the OFC flow. Initial imagine recalls capillary pumps woven into the muscle, infusing it with OFC. Ingenious!

Draining the bladder ugh! When exposed to air, the liquid OFC emits a foul odor, possible toxification issues.

Initiating cranial examination. at the center of it's pseudo brain there is a biochip, which has nodes representing a host of applications it's rooted deep into the cranial matter and is connected to -- naturally. An engrammatic neuro-recording devise. I'm suprised they used Gavilan and not me for this work. I wrote the book on neuro recording literally. she didn't even factor upgradeability. a few years from now these systems will be obsolete. With no chance for expansion without completely gutting the entire system. Looks like these stimulants weren't designed for the long haul. Gavilan's fingerprints are all over this brain. Simply no finesse. Still, pity it's dead. Would've liked to see its simulacrum of emotion.

Preliminary genetic scan indicated and gamut of biometrics transcripted with at least ten varieties of foreign mammalian code. recommend whole genomic data-dredge to figure what's there

I've learned so much and yet I've barely covered the tip of the iceberg. This is only the beginning---

Conclusion
***Hands free session terminated; Signal Disrupted***

I tried doing that, got bored and just wrote down what i heard and what i read.
Though i find it interesting that there is a satellite link upload for what the Sim sees, and that there is also a kill switch. how are these uploaded and monitored, and if there's nothing now that can activate the kill switch, it's not been deactivated, it could just go for any other reason it seems

No, I'll bet there is a reason they [GD] haven't been able to use that yet...otherwise there would be no show :)

I thought the kill switch was disabled by the burst. It is still there but disabled.
